Seems that recently the web hosting company has been taken over by a larger company and it doesn't work any more. Or if it does, it's ridiculously slow. I'm now undertaking to get this moved to a new host. As you can imagine, this is a royal pain but unfortunately a part of modern life. The official address is www.blincubator.com - not that that makes a difference.
