NOTE: if you simply follow this link instead of downloading it, your browser will probably display something garbled because the webserver is an old version of Apache that can't handle utf-8. Download the file to your disk instead (starting at http://boost.cvs.sourceforge.net/boost/boost/more/getting_started.html?view=... might be easier) and then view the file.
Note also: place the file in context in the more/ directory of a Boost distribution, or you won't get the stylesheet and the links won't work.
