[boost] Recent changes to minimal.hpp break dynamic_bitset and other libraries

Sorry for not investigating this myself, but I really don't have time to. It seems that the recent changes to boost/test/minimal.hpp (line 99, invocation of BOOST_READONLY_PROPERTY) cause troubles on IBM AIX.
