I'm starting to think that we need a proper bug/patch reporting policy at Boost, one that says "Your bug report or patch WILL PROBABLY NOT be considered unless you contribute a test case" and "Never fix a problem in a Boost library without creating a test case first, doubly so if you are not the maintainer for this specific library". ;-)
