OK - I made the tweak, updated the test, and tested it on bcb 5.51, bcb 5.64, vc 7.1, msvc, msvc-stlport-4.53, and gcc with no regressions. I then checked into RC_1_33_0 the files polymorphic_iarchive.hpp, polymorphic_iarchive_impl.hpp, and test_reset_object_address.cpp. I'm praying this doesn't break anything. Robert Ramey.
