FWIW not everybody is as lucky as you are. We decided a while ago that 6.5 will be supported (if not fully). These are regressions to the last release and should be fixed.
If the rate regressions were fixed over the last couple of weeks is any indication, getting from this high a number down towards zero will take another year or three... :-( Stefan -- ...ich hab' noch einen Koffer in Berlin...
