Anyway, with that patch (and a backport of another one on vacpp.jam that's been included in later versions of Boost), v1.34.1 compiles cleanly with ICU-support on AIX.
Thanks! Committed to Trunk - unfortunately I don't have an AIX machine to test on, so these things do sometimes slip through... :-( John.
