Could you post the diff patches as attachments? It's almost impossible to
deal with inline diffs to apply these. Even though I can't test any of
this. I'm willing to apply the patches.

For months, I've been pinging the boost-build list about bootstrap.sh being completely broken for MinGW, with no response.
As the 1.55.0 branch is closing in just a week, it would be wonderful if somebody could look at and apply my two patches that are ready to go: http://lists.boost.org/boost-build/2013/10/27025.php
