gcc 4.5 borks up on a deep MPL internals that prevent some other component to not compile.
As much as I would love to see this merged (it's breaking xpressive on gcc-4.5), I think it's too late. It hasn't even been applied to trunk yet.
It is not only breaking expressive, parts of fusion are affected too. (See attached testcase).
