I'm starting to think both vs2013 and synchronized_value code might be causing this errror. I'll report in both bug trackers.
Internal Compiler Errors are by definition compiler bugs (doesn't matter if your code is correct or incorrect, although obviously ICE-on-valid is worse than ICE-on-invalid). Thanks for reporting this one. STL
