1. Shouldn't we adopt the subsection layout as in Boost 1.31, with "New Libraries", "Updated Libraries", etc.? 2. A bio for Herve Bronnimann is uploaded in boost/people, but it is not linked from boost/people/people.htm.

I've got some bio work to do. Pictures of Fernando and Gennadiy, etc. And you should certainly make any fixes you see, too. But the branch for release should not be held up for these. Easy enough to do afterwards. --Beman
