[boost] explicit-failures-markup.xml validating

I noticed a URL in boost/status/explicit-failures-markup.xml that can be used for validating. I made a couple changes to that file and ran it through the validator. My changes validate ok but there were other errors with the algorithm/string entries. Will these errors cause all entries in this file to not make it into the regression output? Thx, Bart
