[boost] Interest in Generic Geometry Library (GGL).

      I just wanted to manifest my great interest in a Generic Geometry 
Library as part of boost.
It could be very useful for us to be used in conjunction with Boost 
Graph and the Boost GIL to develop machine vision applications ( Pattern 
and object recognition ).
