The Notes for Review Managers (http://www.boost.org/community/reviews.html) just says:
Posts a notice of the review schedule on both the regular boost mailing list and the boost-announce mailing list.
He probably just forgot to send the notice to the boost-announce mailing list. I guess the boost-announce mailing list automatically adds the messages to the (Rss feeded) News section of http://www.boost.org. Regards, Thomas
