Hello Boost-Devs, so far nobody from this mailing-list has participated in sharing insights about what it takes to bring new ideas into Free and Open Source projects. I guess this is, because answering takes just too much time or people are in general fed up with surveys. So to make it easier to participate I am offering to do the work of writing the story myself (kind of as a ghost-writer), if you guys can give me a pointer to start with (a link to an email from an mailing-list archive for instance). Again, its about getting new ideas into a project (affecting change is the more general term) and learning what works and what doesn't.
