SVN HEAD has a file called tools/release/user-config.jam I don't know why, but several users, on IRC, found that file and tried to edit it, without no effect whatsoever. The file appear to have boostbook and fop settings for a specific person, it's useless for anybody else. In light of that, I propose to remove it. Objections? - Volodya
