[boost] [1.41.0] [filesystem] Undefined references to get_system_category and get_generic_category

I am trying to build some code using the 1.41.0 version of the filesystem library. It used to build with version 1.34.1. I am getting errors, when the linker fails to find boost::system::get_system_category and boost::system::get_generic_category.
