If Lucanus Simonson wants to include your code in Boost.Polygon library, no review is needed. If you want this to be an independent library, a review is needed. If you want a review even though it's not needed... I guess that's up to the review wizards. Anyway, it'll be great to have this in Boost. BTW, I think there's something wrong with http://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/sandbox/gtl/doc/voronoi_predicates.htm My browser displays it as raw HTML.
