[boost] Boost Inter-Project Dependencies: Graphs Generated

Dear developers and members, I'm using boost for quite a while now and it helped me a LOT in my daily work! I wanted to give something back to the community and started a boost inter-project dependency parser project. The aim of the project is to generate boost inter-project dependencies by parsing boost header files and aggregate them in managable images.
