[boost] Committing iostreams bug fixes?

It doesn't appear that there is an active maintainer of the iostreams library at this time. Is there any chance someone else can look over some of the iostreams bugs and commit those with relatively simple and obvious patches available already? I have submitted two such patches, the first of which I'd really love to see get in sometime soon: http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/1002 http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/1003 But there are others that seem like no brainers, such as: http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/786 Thanks for any help!
