[boost] [1.51][Wave] Last minute commit

Hey, I would like to ask for permission to commit rev 79783 to the release branch (see attached patch). This fixes a bug introduced only recently and will fix the current regressions (see here: http://tinyurl.com/c44ql68, for instance).
