[boost] [thread] Error: cannot open file 'libboost_thread-vc90-mt-gd-1_38.lib'

Hi All, I am new to Boost. I am getting the following error when I try to include <boost/thread/condition_variable.hpp> Error 1 fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'libboost_thread-vc90-mt-gd-1_38.lib' I have followed all the steps to setup the boost library given in the startup document.
