
Sorry if I hadn't gotten any time to look at MinGW building.. But I have
had higher priority tasks (like getting a library into Boost, presenting a
paper to LEWG, full time work, family, photo exhibition, etc.) to look into
a patch I can't directly test, or apply.

If the maintainers are unresponsive to something like this it would seem to argue for giving up on Boost.Build ASAP.
