Hello! I am 3rd year Computer Science student from the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Romania, and I am interested in working in this project, studying polygon edge, polyline and edge set concepts. I was wondering if for this project or any other proposed by the Boost org I should be submitting some code or an application draft before actually submitting my application.
