Although Time_series was accepted, some important and daunting issues were brought up during its review that require me to do significant re-think/redesign for which I haven't had time. So Time_series sits in limbo -- very useful but not quite finished. The Boost community invested much time and effort in the review. I'm very thankful and I feel responsible for incorporating their feedback and finishing the library, but I may have unwittingly bit off more than I can chew.
