[boost] read_write_mutex

Hi i am working toghether with Andrey Semashev on the implementation of the new boost logging library. This library depends on the boost read_write_mutex that is abandoned on the current version of the library ( 1.34 ). I would like to know if someone is actively developing it otherwise i can take care of developing the windows version. Greets, Luca
