The following open source projects use Boost:

1.
Name      : C++/Tcl
Product   : A C++ library for interoperability between C++ and Tcl
Boost libs: smart pointers, bind

Important point: C++/Tcl not only uses Boost, it was *inspired* by one 
of the Boost libs - namely Boost.Python.
