[boost] Shmem minor bug in Deque container

I'm no sure if this is the proper forum for this so if it is not feel free to let me know an I'll put it where it belongs. But I've found a minor error in the recently reviewed boost shmem stuff (which I realize has not been integrated yet but I can't find contact info for the group dealing with that utility). The error found was an exculsion of the include file <boost/detail/allocator_utilities.hpp> from <boost/shmem/containers/deque.hpp>. Thank you for your time. Paul Ryan SAIC - Tactical Systems
