[boost] About adding XML API in the boost.

Hello,everyone! I am from china and want to take part in the boost commnnity. Support for XML is limited in boost, so I want to do something about this. Also I see some information at https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/wiki/SoC2010. I wish to take part in the Google Summer of Code(http://socghop.appspot.com/). Can you give me some ideas about that?Who should I contact with? Thank you for your sugguestion!
