[boost] How is BOOST_SLIST_HEADER meant to be used?

      I've modified my code to read:

#ifdef BOOST_HAS_SLIST

#include BOOST_SLIST_HEADER

Now it is failing with the following compilers:

mingw

borland

What am I missing here?
