Yeah, and it doesn't create repositories, and it doesn't support multiple projects.
Some suggested to switch to Redmine so to provide complete informations : Redmine and Jira also allows several repositories for one project
Redmine currently supports one repository per project. However, you can add multiple sub-projects to any project and attach a repo to each one.
(and allows sub-projects too). But they are not meant to manage repositories, like TRAC, only reference them.
