[boost] New website, and bugs.

I know people love their email. But I would really appreciate it if people would add trac issues for bugs they find on the new web site. I get thousands of emails a day, and have 7 IRC channels open, so the likelihood that I'll forget to add issues for the emails and IM messages is very high.
