I think there's a bug in the program options library. It appears to dereference an invalid string iterator.

Thanks. There also seem to be 'typos' in some comments. Should I report those to you too? And what about: Is it possible to allow long options without -- prefix? The code doesn't seem to support it, but I think it's handy in cases where positional options aren't used.
