[boost] [acc][serialization] Boost.Serialization marked as unusable

Hello, Boost.Serialization is marked as unusable for the HP aCC* family of compilers, but a test of Boost.MultiIndex involving serialization seems to work OK in FFT-aCC (http://tinyurl.com/9xsd2, test_serialization), so I understand Boost.Serialization works for this compiler after all.
