Don't know. I guess one could contact McAfee.
One of my company's programs gets false positives from antivirus programs on a regular basis (due to a unique design), and we have to contact the AV company each time to straighten it out. I don't have the address we use for McAfee handy, but if needed I could probably get it.
I have to deal with them as well. Many of my programs that mutate their runnable code during runtime get flagged as well, they make things difficult...
