[boost] [test] Warnings and EDG compiler error patch.

I hope you don't mind, but I'm about to apply the attached trivial patch to 
Boost.Test in Trunk to:

1) Quieten a minor blizzard of msvc warnings.
2) Get the code compiling with Intel C++.
