There is this mock object library I have been working on for a few years which can be used with Boost.Test (but I believe could be adapted to any test framework quite easily) : http://turtle.sf.net I am slowly converting it to boost (I'm working on the documentation these days) and ultimately plan on submitting it.
For now I really could use feedback, especially from users of Google Mock !
