I added
-sBZIP2_INCLUDE=/usr/local/include, -sBZIP2_LIBPATH=/usr/local/lib, -sZLIB_INCLUDE=/usr/local/include, and -sZLIB_LIBPATH=/usr/local/zlib
to --bjam-options. I hope this will work.
