[boost] [test] dsiable warnings for msvc 9.0

Hi ! Please find a patch for boost/test/detail/config.hpp attached which bumps the msvc version for BOOST_WORKAROUND to 1500 (msvc-9.0) Okay to commit (or should I use == 1500 ?)
