I am going to make all these changes myself. It's really pretty much just global replacement. Now that trunk is (getting) health, it should take me maybe couple more days to finish the move. Gennadiy P.S. Some of the changes are already in place: BOOST_MESSAGE and unit_test_framework are gone.
