That is excellent fodder for the rationale for eliminating warnings section in
the policy being
developed in the Wiki.
I've started a section in the Wiki of "warnings and suggested actions".

It needs to be in a table (I've have yet to climb this far up this wiki learning
curve ;-)

And it needs much more work.

But it's a start.
