Sounds like some pretty nice work.
Theres a ticket open to update Boost.TR1 to use this implementation @ http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/1563. I've successfully used it to switch between the MS/Boost implementations on a few libraries on VC9/VC8, but there are some failures when running the TR1 tests.
