Interesting. As I was doing some more research on token maps, I discovered a template in the ACE library <http://www.cs.wustl.edu/~schmidt/ACE.html>which seems to have the same purpose as tokenmap: ACE_Active_Map_Manager<http://www.dre.vanderbilt.edu/Doxygen/Stable/ace/a00006.html> . Do you know of any other libraries (C++ or otherwise) that provide functionality that is similar to tokenmap?
