I pretty sure I addressed this where it was first appearing. All tests in test suite which were faililng before are now passing - EXCEPT one - test_no_rtti. It just happens that this test trips upon the same problem in a different place. I'm looking into this now and hope to have it resolved soon.
I'm attaching a patch fixing the problem for me, but I'm not sure if this isn't introducing a memory leak. I still think the delete is bogus. Doesn't the erase(*it) already delete the container element? Regards Hartmut

Thanks for your fixes in SVN. I don't know whether those were supposed to fix this particular problem, but I'm afraid needing to report that it's not fixed yet. I'm still seeing the same segmentation fault at application shutdown :-(
