[boost] Demultiplexor Glossary WIKI page.

Hiya, I added a new page to the WIKI with a glossary. A glossary should be alphabetical, but I decided to add the terms in an order that reflects their dependencies instead (least dependend first). http://www.crystalclearsoftware.com/cgi-bin/boost_wiki/wiki.pl?Multiplexing/...
