The project necessitates API design :) You would be working on a library.
I know that doing the project will obviously involve API design :). I just wanted to know whether it's something that should be taken up at this stage and a complete initial design put in the project proposal.
You might discuss some requirements of the API in your proposal (kinds of parameters you might need to pass), but I wouldn't be too specific about anything. Andrew Sutton andrew.n.sutton@gmail.com
