No, as long as your review manager is happy, you have every right to add your library to *trunk* and it really is advisable to do so.

Just looked at the review results, and there are no conditions, so you can add to trunk. I only mentioned about the review manager being happy because often conditions are placed on acceptance. So do go ahead.
