Unless someone objects, I'll start building the actual release in an hour or so.
I don't have any objections against building the release. However, would it be possible to store the final test results somewhere (e.g. as it has been done for the 1.35 release at http://www.boost.org/development/testing.html), before people start merging to the release branch again?
