It's not explicitly stated in the documentation, but since the preprocessor is supposed to be the same between C++ and C, can boost.preprocessor be used in C code?

As far as I have checked the preprocessor code, it conforms to the C90 standard. As long as a C compiler supports this standard, I would not expect any problems.
