[boost] [test] Not being tested?

This change <http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/changeset/40271/trunk/libs/test/test/Jamfile.v2> means that the Boost.Test library is no longer tested as part of the regression tests run from trunk/status/Jamfile.v2. Is this intentional? If not please fix this.
